Bogdan Andrei, based out of
Romania, who operates under
"Oriented Platforms", is a known scammer. He poses as a "developer", claiming to have knowledge of many systems and coding languages, but has proven to have
no experience at all. There have been at least 2 businesses in only the past few weeks that he has robbed of funds. His scam is simple, and has been corroborated:
1. He makes large promises about his capability and experience
2. He comes up with delays and excuses that never end, and nothing usable is delivered
3. As his replies slow, he eventually completely goes missing, to scam another business
Be cautious of
Bogdan Andrei. He is a
fraud, and has run with over $20,000 in
stolen funds.
We are working with law enforcement, however this is a warning for others.
